Ted Romanow joined Romanow Container in May 1976, after graduating from Connecticut College with a BA in Government. He began his career in production scheduling and later worked in the customer service department. Ted then went on the road as a salesperson, and continues to this day selling and servicing many Romanow Container accounts. He was named President in 1991; in this role, in addition to selling, he oversees the administrative, sales and financial aspects of the business, along with his brothers Dick and Dan.

Ted served as a trustee of Connecticut College, where he was Vice Chair of the Finance Committee, Vice Chair of the Committee on Trustees, and Vice Chair of the Committee on Advancement and Communications.  He now serves as a Trustee Emeritus of Connecticut College, and also serves on the Board of Overseers of the Newton Wellesley Hospital.  Ted is a director of Romanow Container, Romanow Packaging LLC and NewCorr Packaging, Inc.

Dick Romanow began his career by working in all aspects of Romanow’s manufacturing during high school, as well as driving a tractor-trailer and working in the shipping department during the summers of his college years. He entered the business full-time in May 1979, after graduating from Bentley College with a BS in Accounting. Dick trained in all departments, from Accounting to Design to Customer Service. He then went on the road as a salesperson, and today dedicates much of his time to sales and the support of Romanow’s sales staff. He was named Executive Vice President and Treasurer in 1986; in addition to selling, he also oversees the sales, technology, administrative and financial aspects of the business, along with his brothers Ted and Dan. Dick is also a director of Romanow Container, Romanow Packaging LLC and NewCorr Packaging, Inc.

Dan Romanow worked in sales and marketing in the hotel industry after graduating from Syracuse University with a dual B.A. in Art History and Religion. He joined Romanow Container in December of 1986, where he worked as Shipping Manager before moving into Customer Service, Production Scheduling and Sales. In addition to selling, Dan continues to dedicate his time to Customer Service, Sales Support, and Plant & Facilities. He was named Vice President in 1992. Dan continues to serve on the Board of the West End House Boys & Girls Club of Allston-Brighton, where he has also served as Development Chair. He is also a Director of Romanow Container and Romanow Packaging LLC.
